I have not posted much lately about the Hemp Oil. I try everything personally before I recommend anything and last week I had the opportunity to test the Hemp Oil on myself. I went to bed last Tuesday with quite a bit of low back pain. In the morning and all through the next day the pain was there. I did what normally do for my patients that come see me. Hanging upside down several times a day, roller bed massage table several times a day, ice, electrical muscle stimulation. The only thing that I did different was take several doses of the hemp oil throughout the day and three squirts at bedtime. The next day I woke up without any pain whatsoever. I'm impressed with this Hemp oil. If if anybody else is having good results I would love to know about it. I know people are taking it for anxiety, insomnia, fibromyalgia, seizures, diabetes and other conditions and would love to hear what people's experiences have been.

Shoulder pain can be tough to treat. People get impatient. My left shoulder injury which was a torn ligament took 13 months to Heal. My right shoulder injury which was a fractured scapula in 3 places took 2 months to heal. You have to do therapy at home everyday and preferably 3-5 times a day. How do you do that if you work? During breaks. Either you do that or pay someone whose an expert.... a chiropractor or physical therapist to do it for you. Or you go to the Orthopedic Dr and he tells you, "You need surgery." Then he sends you for Therapy. How about skipping the surgery which is rarely ever needed.
