"Here are some examples on how to reduce your every day exposure. 1. Buy organic produce free of pesticides, herbicides etc. 2. Use deodorant which does NOT contain Aluminum Chlorhyrdate vs antiperspirant 3. Use a water filter to get rid of chlorine and many other chemicals and particles in our drinking water. 4. Use almond or light olive oil vs lotions for your skin. 5. Read labels and more important Ingredients List! If you can't pronounce it don't eat or use it!"
Start with one thing and gradually it will become easier to become more aware of just how many toxic chemicals are allowed to be in our foods, cleaning products, plastics, children's toys, women's make-up, personal care products.
