The CDC lists heart disease as the #1 Killer, but as many researchers point out these three worst habits contribute greatly to heart disease. "Obesity kills far more Americans than we think it does, according to a controversial new study that suggests obesity accounts of about 18 percent of all deaths in the United States - three times previous estimates". What can you do? If you smoke...QUIT! If you drink more than a couple drinks a week ...you drink too much either cut down or QUIT! If you are overweight....replace bad foods/soda with healthier foods and drinks follow the 80/20 Rule, eat less start a walking program especially now that the weather is going to start cooling off.
