One of the BEST ways to start to Heal your body is to fast one day a week. Not everyone can do this. If you have diabetes and blood sugar problems this is not the way to start to Heal your body. Diabetics should avoid ALL sugar in every form and also avoid flour, beer, starches, chips which convert to sugar. If you are NOT diabetic FAST one day a week.
