1. Use speakerphone on your cell or earbuds. NOT those Bluetooth things that hand on your ear next to your brain.
2. Don't use Microwave oven.
3. Unplug your wifi router at night.
4. Don't place your laptop in your lap!
5. Ladies Do Not place cell phones in ur bra!
6. Turn off cell phones at night or at least wifi and don't have it near you while you sleep
