There are differences between hanging from your ankles like on a Teeter or IronMan Inversion Table and Hanging upside upside down on my Inversion Machine. There are some significant differences. I’ve put thousands of patients on both types over the last 30 years and here’s what people said when comparing both. Hanging from the ankles: “It hurts my knees”, “ it hurts my ankles”, “I don’t like the feeling of going backwards... it feels like I’m falling”, “it hurts my hips” “it’s too big and bulky” “I don’t have room for this machine” Only about 10% said “I like it”. You can do more stretches and core strengthening exercises on mine that you cannot do on the other bigger inversion table. Also mine folds up for easy put away/storage. I do tell my patients don’t put it under the Bed or in a closet because if it’s out of sight it’s out of mind and you won’t use it!
